Bonaventure’s Own John Della-Pietra “Represents” At The AGL

Bonaventure's own John Della-Pietra "represents" at the Amateur Golf League competition at Ocean Breeze, Sunday, February 23, 2008. John took home a victory in the Gross division and the Net division. The Gross is based on actual gross scores with all putts holed out. The player who is competitive in this division will generally score in the mid to high 70's, John tallied a 70 on a Par 71.

The net division is based on a point quota for each player. The point quota tournament is based on the number 36 less your handicap. In General, if you make your points, you should do very well in the overall competition. John made his points, with a total 37, quota 29 and leading the day with a + 8 result. With all his Bonaventure Saturday Stableford League practice, we would say we are not surprised at how well he did!
