Philosophy:
A commitment to help my students
understand the game and help
them achieve a level of play
that gives them enjoyment in
playing the game of a
lifetime. Emphasizing the
fundamentals, the proper grip,
aim, stance, balance, posture,
alignment and ball position is
the foundation and basis of any
good golf swing. Understanding
the How's and Why's are much
more important than the do's and
dont's.
There is more than just one way
to swing a golf club. Strength,
flexibility, body type, and
athletic ability are all things
that I take into consideration
when teaching my students.
My students are much more than
somebody that comes to me for
lessons. I want to know about
them and their goals of the
game. We all have different
goals and if I know then I can
help you achieve them.
Selecting an Instructor:
When selecting an instructor for
or your child look for
communication, sometimes we lose
interest because we do not
understand and we end up
giving up on the
sport. Communication between the
student and the instructor is of
the utmost importance. Feedback
from you or your child speeds up
the learning process as you get
a feel and understanding of what
you are trying to accomplish.
Finding an instructor that you
feel comfortable and can
relate to will make learning the
game more pleasurable.
